Screening #5 and 6: UCLA and Cal Poly SLO

Well it's finally happening. We've just started our AMY Northeast tour and things are starting to get really exciting. Okay..first let's backtrack a little. We had a wonderful screening at UCLA on thursday, Nov 2. The crowd was great and we had Austen, Amber, and Mimi from the cast there as well. It was also our first time selling our brand new AMY soundtracks. After the screening, the cast and crew met up at a local ramen place (how fitting right?) to catch up and relax for the rest of the night. The next day, we packed up and left for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for another screening. We're really grateful to be part of their first Asian American Film Festival. The screening went very well and the crowd was really enthusiastic. It was a fun..but long night. After grabbing a quick, long-needed bite to eat at Denny's, Ted, Phil and I were back on the road - driving up to San Francisco to be exact. We arrived home at around 4:30am and just crashed. Okay..phew..I think we're caught up now. Yesterday was our flight and last night, Phil, Ted and I arrived in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It's really beautiful here and not as cold as we expected either. Tonight is our first screening here on this side of the country. If anyone's around the area...hope to see you tonight at the University of Michigan. Seeya soon!

You guys are awesome. I bet you become the phenomenon soon. Just shared the "Yellow Fever" with colleagues, they simply love it! Hope that I could be in one of your next stops... AYW, all the best and wish you guys have fun over there.

Greetings from Sydney.
